Those days are gone when you wait for weeks or a time for you to get around to updating the information on your website. Whether it is your annual price list or your contact information, you should make it a point to use your website as an extension of your brick and mortar business. How often do you hear a customer say to you, “I saw it on your website, so it must be true!”?

It kills me to watch car commercials insisting on putting those super tiny fine print at the bottom of screen. Has anybody ever read them? You might as well super-speed scroll it like a TV show’s end credit.
